Potter relinquish his UK1 Heavyweight title, FOR NOW!

 

Murphy’s law says “anything that can go wrong, will go wrong.”The old adage appears to be true for Dave O’Donnell these days as an injury has claimed another top fighter.

Heavyweight UK1 Champion Mark Potter has been forced out of action due to a long term injury he sustained during a training session.

Due to this injury Potter said it’s only right for him to give up and relinquish his UK1 Heavyweight title and looks forward to returning after injury to come and collect his belt back.

Earlier this week Dave O’Donnell announced via his Twitter that Chi Lewis Perry will take on the Polish Monster, Tomasz “Bigfoot” Czerwinski which will now be for the vacant Heavyweight UK1 Title on #UCMMA30 – October 6^th.
